these have been on tumblr for a little while now. and i thought why not upload them here too.
Dr Ethel Medulla - Mad Scientist : There are always crazy ol mad scientists usually men. so why not a crazy grandma, she is as mad as a bat.........or is she?. yes that is a doily on her goggles, this should tell you she means serious business.
Madam Naja - Gorgan : Hailing from Nigeria, She moved to New Orleans ( Gore-leans) when she she was a child. she grew up being inspired by the stories it had to offer and its beautiful musical history. after singing in the hot spots and travelling most of her adult life. She settled down and got a teaching degree and is now a well known Theatre Director. who is heavily involved in writing as well.
( currently nameless ) - Guyascutus : If you clicked the link you would see it says it is a deer like beast and its stories originate from lumberjack stories. so i thought why not make him a hairy beefy lumberjack deer guy. He loves nature lives in the woods and makes his living harvesting trees and making his wood sculptures.
( currently nameless ) - T’ien Lung : She was inspired by lucy liu. i just couldnt resist, them cheekbones and the freckles. it had to be done. She is an intelligent, fierce and can speak in many tongues.
maybe this will be a new series. but the gist of it is, i felt like drawing monsters. so i went and found random
monsters and did a quick bust of some. and here our the first group.
